CHAI CHERRY Breakfast Pudding

Chai seed pudding with cherry protein shake -

Chai seed pudding - prep 24hr in advice - makes 3

Ingredients

  • Chai seeds

  • Almond milk

  • nutmeg

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and put into 3 separate jars. Leave in fridge overnight or 24hrs to set

When ready to eat serve with 3 tablespoon of coconut yoghurt and top with Cherry protein smoothie

Cherry Protein smoothie - make when ready to serve

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Frozen cherries

  • 250ml almond milk

  • 1 date or 1 tsp rice malt syrup

  • 2 tablespoon of vanilla protein powder

Mix all ingredients together in a blender and pour on top of chai pudding and coconut yoghurt.

YUMMY.
